Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened where applicable, with all original labels, seals, security stickers, and packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@nicolaiparis.com or via the website chat. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Trial Sample & Return Policy

Some products labelled “Free Trial and Return” or “Trial Sample Included” are shipped with a complimentary sample, allowing you to test the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle.

For these eligible products, the full-size fragrance bottle must remain completely unopened and unused. All original seals, scotches, and security stickers must remain intact. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Any gift with purchase received with the order must also be returned. Products that have been opened, used, or show any sign of tampering will not be eligible for return.

If the complimentary sample is missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. In this case, the full-size bottle must not be opened. Opening the bottle will void the right to return the product, even if the sample was not received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Claims made after opening or using the product may not be accepted as valid grounds for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Made-to-order or custom-made products

- Personalized items, including customizable set boxes

- Gift cards

- Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within the legal withdrawal period.

The product must be returned unused, unopened where applicable, with all original packaging, seals, security stickers, and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

International Return Restrictions

Some countries may restrict or prohibit the export or return of fragrance products, even if import is permitted. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that return shipping will be possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify any applicable import or export regulations before placing an order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@nicolaiparis.com.
